Govind Marketing Agency provides digital marketing, SEO, Google Business Profile management, website development, content writing, branding, lead generation, and social media marketing.
Services are delivered as per the selected package or custom agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and required access (website login, GMB access, hosting, images, etc).
Delays caused by incomplete information are not our responsibility.

3. Payments

Payments are advance or milestone-based.
Once service has started, payments are non-refundable.
Delay in payment may pause or stop services.

4. Timelines

Project timelines depend on client response, industry, and complexity.
SEO and marketing results take time, and no immediate ranking or sales guarantee is provided.

5. No Guarantee Policy

We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, leads, revenue, or exact results.
Performance depends on many factors like strategy, competition, and marketing budget.

6. Confidentiality

All client data and business details remain private.
We do not share information with any third party without permission.

7. Reports

Weekly or monthly reporting will be shared based on the service plan.

8. Revisions & Support

Revisions are included as per the selected package.
Additional or major changes may require extra charges.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with prior notice.
Payments already made are non-refundable.
Work completed till the termination date will be chargeable.

10. Ownership

Designs, creatives, ads, content, and digital assets are handed over only after full payment is completed.

11. Third-Party Costs

Ads budget, tools, hosting, domain, plugins, or software fees are separate and paid by the client.

12. Liability

Govind Marketing Agency is not liable for:

• Business losses

• Account suspension due to client-side violations

• Legal issues caused by client business activities or content

13. Refund Policy

No refund after project work or ad campaigns are started.
Partial refund may only apply if absolutely no work has been done.

14. Communication & Working Hours

All communication will be through WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Working hours are Monday to Sunday.
