• Content Writing and Copywriting

• Paid Marketing Campaign Setup & Optimization

1. No Refund After Payment

Once payment is received and work has started, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
This applies to monthly projects, one-time services, packages, and custom plans.

2. Advance / Booking Amount

All advance or booking payments are 100% non-refundable.
Advance is used for planning, strategy, team allocation, tools, campaign setup, and resource cost.

3. No Refund on Digital Marketing Services

Digital marketing outcomes depend on budget, competition, industry, seasons, and client response.
Since work is manual and time-based, refunds are not possible after starting.

4. Results & Guarantee

We do not guarantee:

• Specific ranking on Google

• Fixed number of leads or sales

• Particular ROI or revenue

Refund cannot be requested based on expectations or results.

5. Cancellation by Client

If the client stops the service in the middle of a month or project, no refund will be issued.
Work completed till the cancellation date will still be chargeable.

6. Cancellation by Company

Govind Marketing Agency may stop service if:

• Client misbehaves or abuses staff

• Client fails to make payments

• Client’s business violates ads or platform policies

• Client shares fake or illegal content

No refund will be provided in these cases.

7. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for:

• Facebook/Instagram ads

• Google Ads budget

• Hosting & domain

• Third-party tools

• Plugins or software

are always non-refundable, because they are billed and consumed directly.

8. Chargebacks / Disputes

Filing false disputes or chargebacks will result in:

• Immediate termination of all services

• Work files not being handed over

• Legal recovery and reporting

9. Ownership & Handover

All login details, website files, content, graphics, and campaign data will be handed over only after full payment is cleared.
